HankGoodness Welcome to the Roku Community!

I understand your Netflix Top 10 feature isn’t working on your Roku device, but don’t worry—I'm here to assist!

To kick things off, try updating your Netflix app: highlight the Netflix channel, hit the star (*) button on your Roku remote, and select "Update App."

If that doesn’t do the trick, contact the channel provider for further assistance: Netflix Help Center.

Hope this helps. If you have other questions or need more help, give us a shout!

    Cheers,
    The Roku Community Team.

  • Are you talking about inside the Netflix app? If so, that is under the control of Netflix. Every device has different programming needs and the apps are separate. Netflix's interface tends to be variable, as I find "continue watching" and "my list" constantly moving around every time I use it.

It disappeared a long time ago. I believe it briefly came back, but it then disappeared for good. I have researched exhaustively and have updated everything. I can’t find answers anywhere except that it’s Netflix’s fault. I find the Netflix Top 10 on all other platforms though. My solution has been to look up the Top 10 on my phone and then save anything I’m interested in under “My List”, or whatever the category is, on my Roku. Thanks for responding. Not the end of the world. Just an inconvenience.

Thanks for your continued participation in this thread, jingram105

We advise you to contact Netflix's support and inquire further about your concern.

It is important to note that the channel provider directly manages any app's design, features, and interface. They can provide a workaround or develop an update to their app to address the issue.

For more information, you can contact them at Netflix Help Center

We hope this helps, and let us know if you have further concerns or inquiries.

        Thanks,

        The Roku Community Team.

        Hi, MofongoPizza

        Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are having the same issue as posted in this thread, and I'm here to help.

As advised by my fellow Roku Community moderator RokuJharra-Q, it is advisable to contact Netflix support to get this issue addressed.

Take note that this is a feature issue, and it is best raised to the channel developer since they directly manage their app on the Roku platform.

I hope this will be sorted out soon.

        Thanks,
        Roku Community Team.

  • Just a note that I checked Netflix yesterday, and the Top 10  lists are there, but I had to scroll WAY down to find them. One for TV shows, one for movies.

The Top 10 Movie list is no longer on my Roku TV Netflix. Top 10 TV shows still there but the movie list disappeared a few weeks ago?  I miss it.  I want it.  It is also no longer on my android (pixel) phone.  It is also no longer on my Windows computer so I have no doubt that it is unrelated to Roku.  I have surmised that it's because I'm on the cheapest add supported plan.
