It is a Roku Streambar https://www.roku.com/products/audio/roku-streambar
I've had it for a couple of years and it is a POS, the speaker is garbage. It doesn't work with my terrestrial channels, which drives me crazy. I have to unplug it for the audio to work.
I've found that Netflix gets really laggy, and crashes. Its a pain.

We understand your frustration about the Netflix issue you're experiencing on your Roku Streambar, and we'd like to help you get back up and running.
To help us in the investigation, could you please provide your device details?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
