I am the only person in my house.
This has happened since I first bought the TV about a year and a half ago, although it was only rarely (maybe once a month or so). Now it's daily.
No, not the first time, as noted above.
Thanks for the extra details! jeschuch
Just to narrow things down, this is the only app that keeps on reappearing, correct? Also, any troubleshooting steps you have tried aside from uninstalling the app?
Let us know when you can!

Yes, only Netflix. In fact, I just got home an turned the TV on and about 30 seconds later the Netflix shortcut/icon appeared on the home screen. Again.

Here you go, it did it again tonight, along with auto-installing HOWDY ....
Roku v14.6.4 Build 9914-A2 on a Phillips 65PFL4864/F7W.
Hardware ID C609X
Serial No. X00000SYJN9J
Device ID S075200YJN9J
GC Ver 14.10.12
Tracker ID 9J-423-329
Netflix Ver 5.1 Build 130088005
I assume HOWDY got installed because it's new and Roku thinks it's ok to just shove it onto everyone's devices.
