Having trouble with multiple apps not loading and returning to the home screen? Let's see if this works for you.
- Try resetting the network connection of your Roku device
- Connect it to another network, like a mobile hotspot, to see if the same issue occurs.

I tried both options and am still having the same issues. My other Roku TV is working just fine as well. So I know it's not my internet connection.

Looks like the steps provided didn’t help. Let us gather more info about this so we can take a closer look.
- Roku device model, Serial number, Device ID, and Software version. (This information is located in Settings, then System, then About.)
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, when the issue occurs)
