Menu is gone! no channel boxes on the right just the Home / Live TV/ What to Watch/ Feature Free

Using Roku has been ... not a lot of fun! The home screen menu has dissappeared! it's blank click left arrow to highlight the menu, nothing..  scroll to live tv.. nothing ... scroll to what to watch ... nothing! You got the picture? All i see is sea of purple until I get to search then I see the keyboard and popular channels.. why why why I can use the microphone to get on YouTubeTV, my question is I prefer the old menu bring it back or explain how to use this useless menu thanks for nothing but a headache so far!
