The live tv app freezes too much and when it does work, it stops playing the channel I'm on after a few episodes. I've hard reset the tv, I've turned off the sleep timer, etc. Idk what else I can do. Also, this weird prompt comes up, but I can't respond because that's when the app freezes. Ugh.
What's the weird prompt?
Something along the lines of: are you watching this or something. The app freezes when this comes up, so I can't click anything, then it kicks me out the app.
Yeah, question about that prompt. But remember something about OTA digital TV. If the signal is right at the minimum acceptable level, at times the image might become blocky or even just freeze. That's the nature of broadcast TV in today's digital broadcast age. The signal level has to be better than just minimum to provide a clear picture.
