Live tv app freeze issue.
The live tv app freezes too much and when it does work, it stops playing the channel I'm on after a few episodes. I've hard reset the tv, I've turned off the sleep timer, etc. Idk what else I can do....

What's the weird prompt?
Something along the lines of: are you watching this or something. The app freezes when this comes up, so I can't click anything, then it kicks me out the app.
