Might be a good idea to post the issues in the Roku issue tracking section of the forum. Hopefully they will use your post to fix some of the things you are mentioning. Or hopefully a moderator will see your post here and forward the information to their tech support.
I don't know what the "issue tracking section of the forum" is. Please tell me the steps I should take to get to it. Thanks.

No problem! There's no need to grab the issue tracker ID, as this is just about the channel content. All the channels that are having issues are already being looked into.

You changed the title of my post (which was “The Trouble with Roku”), and it wasn’t just about incorrect information. It was about five different chronic problems: (1) incorrect information in the channel guide, (2) Roku claiming its listed channels do not exist, (3) advertising services that customers can’t access, (4) inaccurate/inappropriate captioning, and (5) channels that don’t resume showing a program but start over from the beginning. Are you going to investigate and fix all five, or are you going to focus only on (1) and ignore the other four?
