How to stop Peacock billing through Roku

Hey there! 

If you subscribed to Peacock TV through Roku, here’s how you can cancel it:

Cancel from your Roku device:

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Highlight the channel you want to cancel.
3. Press the Star (*) button on your remote to open the options menu.
4. Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
   •  If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.
5. Choose Turn off auto-renew.
6. You’ll see a message confirming how long you’ll have access (until the end of your billing period).

Cancel from the Roku website:

1. Go to my.roku.com and sign in.
2. Under Active subscriptions, 
3. Click Manage your subscriptions.
4. Then select Turn off auto-renew
   • Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription, and you will not be billed for it in the future.
