Global app Not working and keeps crashing

My Global TV app stopped working all of a sudden.  I see others had this problem but i cant' seem to find where the solution to fix this is and i can't seem to respond to any other messages.   How do...

    Is this the only app that's having playback issues? If that's the case, it might be a good idea to hit up the Global TV app support for help. It could be a problem with the app, and the channel provider should be able to help you troubleshoot this.

  • No solution that worked.  Global blames roku.  Roku says it's a global issue.

    Thanks for keeping us posted, Smccall97!

    If the issue persists on one channel after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the problem and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.

      It's up to date.  I've deleted it probably 5 x I've checked updates , I've reset my roku twice .  All the same things global says to do too.    It worked just fine for nearly a year. Suddenly. Won't work.   Ya all have done some sort of update that needs a fix for.

        We want to look into your problem with the Global channel. 

        Can you please provide the following information?

        • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
        • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
        • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
