I am not sure I really follow the point of your post, but you can contact customer service directly via the support page link below. Also, you should not put any personal information in this public forum and the moderators will try to remove those things. You could also privately message any Roku moderator and ask them directly as well and they would be able to direct you to the information you need, so publishing in a forum to ask a question is not necessary unless you are looking for other users to help you with an issue with your Roku device.
