The Roku Channel gets an error "Cannot access program"
For the past few days every single show or movie I try to watch on RokuChannel I get an error message saying ‘Cannot access program. This program is not available or has expired’
I know the shows and movies aren’t expired as this happens often and some days I’m able to watch what I’m wanting with zero issues. For instance, most recently I was watching a show, the episode ended and then this error message popped up. A few days later, zero problems.
These are the steps I have taken to try to resolve the issue:
Update Roku system
Restart Roku device
Check network connection
Factory reset Roku
None of these have worked. What else could be the issue?
