Well, that's all good an well but it's been almost 2 months since this was reported and the dialogue is still missing on this episode.
Please fix it. We pay for this service by having to watch commercials. We shouldn't have to wait this long for a solution to be found and implemented.

I understand that the dialogue is still missing from this episode of the Bones series, and I would like to assist you further with this issue.
Could you please let me know which Roku device you're using and its serial number? Additionally, please provide the specific season and episode where you noticed the audio issue, along with the timestamp of the problem. Lastly, could you confirm whether you have a surround sound system connected to your TV?

3/18/25: Can report the audio is still an issue on this episode. Commercials are fine unfortunately. Sometimes the background music plays on the episode, but definitely no voices. Recommend turning on captions. Hopefully Roku will fix?
