Can't watch HBO Max

I'm still having this issue as well. I have updated both hbo and roku as well as uninstall and reinstall. NOTHING has worked. Model 3820x streaming stick4k, serial X01700A4YM1X, software version 14.6, device ID S08Y41D4YM1X. This is irritating. Please fix. I have reached out to hbo as well. I was made aware of the issue until I returned from vacation but it has been like this while I was away l, end of August til now.

    We noticed in your post that you're having trouble with the HBO Max app. We'd like to take a closer look at it.

    When you said nothing has worked, could you tell us the exact behavior of the issue? Are you getting any errors, or does the issue only occur on his app?
