Tennis Channel Live doesn't work on Roku Players

I purchased a subscription to Tennis Channel and part of the subscription is the ability to watch the Tennis Channel TV Broadcast (the icon which appears under the banner).  When I select the icon it automatically takes me back to Roku home screen. Initially, Tennis Channel Support indicated my older Roku's wouldn't work so I recently purchased two new 2025 streaming sticks and the response from Tennis Channel Support is the new streaming sticks are incompatible and I have no ability to watch Tennis Channel TV Broadcast unless I purchase an Amazon Fire Stick.  Anyone have any suggestions?

"Thank you for contacting Tennis Channel ​Customer Service! We apologize for the inconvenience your experiencing using the Roku stream sticks. We had the specific model checked and was able to find out that the sticks are incompatible which means that the device is not compatible with the Tennis Channel application. This is the main reason why it always takes you back to the Roku home screen instead of opening the application."

      I am unable to view the Tennis Channel Live TV Broadcast within the Tennis Channel app.  I can view the matches, replays, and T2.  I enjoy some commentators on the Live TV Broadcast and that's why I want to view.  I can view the Live TB Broadcast on Amazon Fire Stick, on my computer, or my Android phone.  It is suspicious because when I initially entered a Tennis Channel support ticket on Mar. 30, 2025 (with an older Roku) the app. worked for for a few hours.  Tennis Channel FAQs indicates it works on Rokus, but neglects to add the Live TV Broadcast doesn't work.  I feel there might be some contractual restrictions.  Below is a screenshot with the non-functional app. circled in red.

        For this matter, it is recommended to reach out to Tennis Channel's support for further assistance. Note that most apps on Roku are directly managed by their respective app provider, including their apps' interface, content access, and compatibility.
