Well, that's all good an well but it's been almost 2 months since this was reported and the dialogue is still missing on this episode.
Please fix it. We pay for this service by having to watch commercials. We shouldn't have to wait this long for a solution to be found and implemented.

Could you please let me know which Roku device you're using and its serial number? Additionally, please provide the specific season and episode where you noticed the audio issue, along with the timestamp of the problem. Lastly, could you confirm whether you have a surround sound system connected to your TV?

This was > 2 months ago. So even if there was an "error code", which there wasn't, I would no longer have it, and it has nothing to do with the Roku model I have. It's bad content in your service.
Read the thread before issuing a boilerplate, braindead empty support response.
