BritBox subscription not working fully on Roku

My Britbox subscription is not working fully on my Roku devices. I’m paying monthly thru Amazon Prime & Roku states that this or that show is included with my BritBox subscription. IE…. Shetland …. One single season pops up of all episodes but I cannot start over with season one or go forward to season 8. Should I cancel thru prime & subscribe thru Roku ?

    I would suggest canceling through Prime, then subscribing directly with Britbox on their website.   Then you can view it through the Britbox app on any platform for which it provides an app, including Roku, Android or iOS device, or computer on the web.
