All apps zooming in on video playback.

I have a roku device attached to my Bush tv. Has worked perfectly fine for a long time. Recently it has started zooming in to the top left of the screen on all apps when watching anything. It was occasional, now all the time. I keep having to restart etc but it keeps happening. Eg I was watching a show on now tv and had to restart 3 times in one show. The menus are fine but the video playing is zoomed in. Eg just now on netflix, the menu is fine but the preview in the top of the screen is zoomed in. Or when watching prime yesterday the video is zoomed in but when forwarding the video I could see the whole screen of the little preview at the bottom. Have looked through other questions and none of the answers provided have worked. It is now all apps I use, now tv, youtube, netflix, prime etc. Keep checking for updates but it's making no difference.

    It sounds like you're having trouble with your Roku device since all the apps are zoomed in.

    Before we proceed, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with additional information as follows:

    • Is this a newly activated Roku device plugged into your Bush TV?
    • What specific Roku device are you having this issue with?
    • When did the issue start?

    In the meantime, we recommend the following actions to determine if they make a difference:

    1. Try to plug it into a different HDMI port of your TV.
    2. If you have a spare TV, try to plug it there.
