Hi RokuEmmanuel-D,
I don't know who decided to accept this as a solution, but it is not.
I've done this countless times, from the day this began until one minute ago. IT DOES NOT WORK.
I finally bit the bullet and did what I did not want to do... I factory reset my Roku Streambar. IT WORKED!
Everything is working properly now, including YouTube. When I first tried to play a YouTube video, the screen went black like before, and I thought that it was all for nothing. But after about two seconds, the video loaded, and I am watching YouTube right now as I type, without any issues. (So far! lol)
I'm going to mark this as the acceptable solution, at least for now. I encourage others to try factory resetting your Roku devices and starting over. Yes, I had to redo all of my settings and sign-ins, but it worked.
If this doesn't work for anyone, then perhaps we'll remove this as an acceptable solution, and start at square one again.
I wish you all luck! Happy Thanksgiving!

It's the last thing I wanted to do but I'll give it a chance considering your results.

The reset worked. YouTube now works properly but what a pain in the **bleep** to reconnect the remotes, the speakers and sign in on all the apps. On the plus side the system seems to be more responsive to the remotes.
