We understand that you're still having issues updating the Roku device.
Please note that this is still under investigation, and the team is still actively working on a fix. If you haven't done it yet, you may try doing a factory reset on the TV and see if that resolves the problem.

Did you even read my message? As I mentioned already…..
Multiple attempts at factory reset have not worked for me.
If you’re going to reply to a message, you should read the message before you give a canned response. It’s insulting.
And this issue has been “under investigation” for three months now…
