Hi, I JUST purchased a brand new Roku - 65" Class Pro Series and have encountered this issue upon setup. I've attempted various network connections, multiple restarts, recycles, and resets, none of which have worked in bypassing or solving errod 004.
What can i do from here? Should i return the Roku?

Just to double-check, you mentioned that you did a reset. Did you mean a factory reset?
