My parents have the exact same problem for several days now.  Watching a sporting event is awful because you hear all the crowd noise and barely anything from the announcers.

      In case you haven't seen the requested information in this thread, here are the details we need to help us investigate the issue further.

      • Does the issue occur with any apps?
      • Make and model of any external audio device connected to the TV (if applicable)
      • Tracker ID, Software version, and build (press Home 5x and Back 5x)
