    Hi everyone! 

    We’ve seen some reports of the Watch TCM app getting stuck on the loading screen on Roku devices.

    Status Update (8/15): Good news — we believe the issue has been resolved! 

    To make sure you're running the latest version of the app, we recommend updating your Roku software by following these steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Choose Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

When I try to use the app, it starts but at the Watch TCM screen it just stalls and spins. I tried removing the app, rebooting the Roku and reinstalling several times and that doesn't fix it..

I'm not able to get in, either.  Just spins and spins.  I removed app, restarted ROKU from the Settings screen, then readded.  No change.   On the iPhone app it prompts me to signin - but on the ROKU TV app there is no where to 'sign in' and I think that's the problem.  Mustve been an update or something, but now can't get in. 

 

It's literally the only reason that  I have cable at all - to watch TCM and use this app!
