On the left, phone active, and on the right, phone being inactive. Have to close the app and reopen. Software is up to date.

- Uninstall the Roku mobile app
- Ensure that your mobile phone is running the latest OS/iOS version
- Restart your mobile device.

The issue still persists with uninstalling & reinstalling app, rebooting iphone, closing & opening app. It started with a Roku app upgrade. Please fix this bug.

This issue has persisted for months across multiple ios updates and Roku app updates. Does Roku develop their own app? Is this information even getting to the app developers? Has the Roku ios app just been abandoned and orphaned? Is there some method or mechanism to schedule an online chat with an actual technical person to communicate these issues coherently? The fact that this has gone on since October-ish of 2024 with no resolution is disappointing.
I have tried all of the above and it continues to happen. Getting frustrated and tired about this. I'm beginning to think this thing is garbage -- and have been a customer for a long time.

yet another example of incompetent support. Why don’t you instruct us on how to ROLL BACK THE APP!!! So we don’t have to deal with these annoying popups ans crashes from a **bleep** version upgrade written by an equally incompetent developer that is pressured by a marketing team working for a greedy company that ised to have annice product!?
