    Some users were recently having trouble logging into the Paramount+ app on Roku devices. As of today (6/20), we believe the issue has been resolved.

My paramount+ app logged me out of my two Roku devices and will not reconnect. If I try the "login in app" option, it just takes me back to the login screen. If I try to login via the browser / Roku code on the TV, the browser will say "you're in!" But then the app on my TV will just spit me back to the log in/sign up screen. I'm not having any issues logging into paramount+ in a browser, and it's affecting both my Roku players, so I think the issue exists somewhere between Roku and P+. I have searched for updates on the app and uninstalled/reinstalled. Any advice?

My paramount plus app isn’t opening I’ve tried the other solutions and it keeps bringing back to sign in or try free trial. It signs in on my phone but not my Roku app on either my Hisense Roku tv or my Roku streaming stick.

    I appreciate you reaching out! I understand that you are experiencing a login issue with your Paramount+ app. I'll send this to the right team for a closer look. Please share with us the following details:

    • Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    • App version (Select the app on the home screen and press the * button)
