These problems started about the time the quick link to channel tiles were added above lineup. We do not need those. Tv does not go back to the last channel tv was on when you turn it on. Goes to tiles. Please remove them.
All of this reminds me of when you buy a new cell phone. You get it set up how you like it. Then all of a sudden the manufacturer decides you need an update.. an update takes place and completely destroys everything you had on your well functioning phone. This is what's now going on with our well-performing tvs. Thank you roku.
Yep, that describes Roku for the last few years!
When I turn it on in the early afternoon, usually everything is fine, but around 4:00 pm it starts up again & by 5:00 pm the whole grid says NO INFORMATION! I can go to system updates & 'check for updates' (last one was at the end of December 2024) & go back & it will be fine for a few hours. BUT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO KEEP FIDDLING WITH IT TO HAVE THE TV WORK PROPERLY!

Well, it looks like Roku REMOVED THE TILES AT THE TOP OF SCREEN (THAT WERE CAUSING THE NO INFO PROBLEM)! YAY! Here's hoping that the problem is fixed, time will tell ( I didn't turn the TV on until about 5:30 pm).
Well, THAT DIDN'T LAST LONG??? By 9:00 pm it was back to the RIDICULOUS TILES UP TOP & NO FRICKING INFORMATION IN THE GRID!!!!!
