Hey everyone,
We believe the issue should be resolved for some customers, but we’re still investigating reports that it’s affecting others.
Status Update 3/13: We’re looking into it for those still experiencing the issue.
For better visibility and reference, we'll mark this post as solved.
We also recommend trying to relaunch your live antenna channel to see if the issue is still happening.
If you're still having trouble, please share the following details with us:
- Device info (Settings > System > About)
- Tracker & GC (Press Home 5x, Back 5x)
- Home zip code or TV location

Send us a photo of the issue you're seeing
Also, let us know:
- How many channels are having the issue?
- When exactly does the issue happen? As soon as you open the channel?
- How long does the issue last?
- Which apps are affected? Is it just a live antenna TV channel, or are streaming apps impacted too?

PLEASE ROKU FIX THIS PROBLEM,
IT IS NOT FIXED and going on for long time. If you examine to overall board you can see this channel guide "NO INFORMATION" all over the place.
It is a ROKU issue not a consumer usage problem.
It is not a hardware issue its a ROKU software issue.

- Ota tv guide still not working. Was working am but pm just went to it and at least 1/2 of the channels are showing with no info. Sure wish you'd go back b4 you put icon above the tv guide . The icon are worthless and b4 you added it the tv guide worked fine. 3-18-2025. Asst. Brands of roku tv all same problem.

3-18-2025 just went in and did restart. Now guide is showing all channel information.. problem is still not fixed .. 4pm

I have provided all this information in @OTA channel guide not working consistently.
After receiving this notice I verified the OTA channel guide is still not working consistently.
- The software version has not changed since I provided the screen shots.
- No software updates are available.
- The Issue exists across the board on all channels on 4 TCL Roku TV's in two geographical locations.
Do not understand how this issue can be solved by a moderator vs the person having the issue.

Today is Sunday the 16th.
The OTA channel guide is still not working consistently.
- The software version has not changed since I provided the screen shots.
- No software updates are available.
- The Issue exists across the board on all channels on 4 TCL Roku TV's in two geographical locations.
Do not understand how this issue can be solved by a moderator vs the person having the issue.
Has another ticket been opened?

I have no idea I was asked to send a picture with my serial number and model number and hit certain buttons X amount of times when it happens. All I have is a picture of the issue I don't know if another case was opened or not. I was told there was an update about a month ago . That's when this started for me, I have older Roku TVs that did not have the issue until I bought the new ones I wish I had the older ones to see if they're having the same issue but they were burned out

It has been one week since my last check.
- All 4 TVs in two geographical locations still exhibit the same bad behaviour as reported prior.
- Version/build has not changed.
Please advise how to reopen this ticket or create a new ticket.

i'm still losing seemingly random channels, but after rebooting the entire section of 'Add-ons' reverts back to 'no information' the quickest.

i don't know if this helps but i have 'no information' for all channels in the current time slot but starting on the next hour of the guide i have information. ie. 7am has no information but starting at 8am it has values, the current time is 7:45

- Which live TV channels are being impacted? Please provide the channel name and number (e.g., Fox on channel 2.8, or AMC+ on 330).
- How many channels are having the issue?
- When exactly does the issue happen? As soon as you open the channel?
