Ever since Roku decided to add this annoying suggested channel list on top of channel guide, my local channels are now not showing name of shows. Its actually showing "no information " and I have to go Home and click back on the live tv to essentially reset the channel guide. Inconvenient and very much irritating. Fix this and remove top bar of suggested channels ROKU

    Yes I bought a new 50”

    saw a video how to separate tv anntena with live roku well it was fine till 2 weeks ago stating no information.

    so am I supposed to undo what I don’t remember what I was told to do

    Or Reset to factory and be 🤬 to get it all back on screen again

      We want to investigate further this problem you had with the Live TV guide, as it was not showing any information.

      Can you please provide the following information below?

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue arise, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
      • Could you share a photo or video clip with us?
      • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

      Once we have this information, we can pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.

        as for a photo I do not know how that will help you, I have described it

        I have restarted the system and updated the software numerous times.
