[Solved] Issue with Selecting Channels from Roku Home Screen

Hello Roku Community!

UPDATE: 12:30 PM PST

We’re aware of the issue where users are unable to select a channel from the home screen, and it’s currently under investigation.

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

  1. If you have a Roku Voice remote, try launching apps via voice command.
  2. Reboot your Roku device:
    • Go to Settings > System > Power (skip Power if it’s not available)
    • Select System Restart and choose Restart Now.

Additionally, please provide the following details to help us investigate further:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version (found under Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID: When the issue occurs, press the Home button five times, then the Back button five times, and send us that Tracker ID.
