This same issue just started yesterday on my Westinghouse Roku TV. Definitely happens on LiveTV. Haven't had a chance to see if happens on other apps/channels. Software version 14.5 here as well.

I’m having the same issue as well and seems to have started within the last few days.  Also running software version 14.5
