[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

We’ve seen reports where the back arrow button on some Roku remotes isn’t working.

I can’t even get out of the remote repair code scan thing my remote will not even work. I’ve changed the batteries. Everything nothing is working. I’ve rebooted. I’ve taken the batteries out of the TV remote. I’ve unplugged everything. Nothing is working.
