[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting around the Roku screen. Just to help narrow things down, are you noticing that only the Back button isn’t working, or are other buttons acting up too?
In the meantime, try unplugging the Roku device for several seconds, then plug it back in and see if that helps.

You do realize that that’s not working??? Why hasn’t Roku come up with a solution yet? I checked for updates again this morning. I restarted it. I unplugged it for a half hour and yet my remote still will not control my Roku.
