[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

Hey Roku support!!!!! It is still not fixed!!!!! The Roku in my bedroom works perfectly fine my other one in my living room still will not work. Have done everything you have said even checked for another update this morning and guess what it’s still not working. Why haven’t you fix this yet?

Sorry to hear it's still not working. To help us narrow things down, can you please try using the Roku Mobile app and see if you can press the Back button from there?

I see that you're using the Roku app. Do you have a physical Roku remote? If so, have you tried using it and see if the issue persists?

Yes, I have the remote, but it does not work anymore and I’ve changed the batteries three times
