[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

Hi Mary, I have 2 x Roku Ultra's and 1 x Roku Streambar.  On each of these Rokus the restart appears to fix the issue, so long as after the restart at the Roku homescreen I open the Plex app immediately.  If however I leave the Roku homescreen open for a short period of time (say 60 seconds), the back button no longer works on any of the Rokus, thus requiring another restart.

      I am not too sure what has changed, but all Roku's are now operating correctly.  This was after 6 or 7 restarts of each unit.
