[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

Hello Mary,
This is our system specs:
Type: 4200 -X Roku 3
Software version: 14.6
We had no problems with our back button until yesterday 27 Aug 2025. We did several system resets and the system restarted by itself once after I repeatedly hit the back button for about 10 seconds. I have even gone as far as powering down the unit, waiting 15 minutes and then powering up the unit. I executed the remote pairing procedure as well. Nothing has worked. The back button is still not responding.
The really strange thing is that our Sharp Roku Smart TV model LC-32LB601U with software version 14.5 is not having this issue. Back button works fine.
