[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

We’ve seen reports where the back arrow button on some Roku remotes isn’t working.

My remote was working and then it like got stuck and kept moving (like rewind on a show( 2x 3x) and then would not work at all. Turned off the tv turned it back on, same thing. Eventually begin to work and stop or just start scrolling on its own. Put another set of new batteries, still nothing. Now after trying to reset it nothing works. And I don’t have any other remote to make it work. I need help please
