[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

We’ve seen reports where the back arrow button on some Roku remotes isn’t working.

Its' working - Yay! My software update went into an infinite spin. I had to unplug the power from my roku and plug it back in. It finished the update after that and the back button now works.
