[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

Hey, that seemed to work. And this is much easier than the toggle voice control on/off (that also seemed to work). Thanks!
Could you help me with this. Reboot my TV or just unplug Roku for a minute? It says get off the Homecare quickly. I have to be on it to go into my Spectrum app. Thank you.
not sure what homecare is, but some are saying the restart will correct the button failure. For me, it quits working again after 15 minutes or so. You can try the star button to toggle the popup for closed captioning [open/close] then it works for me without the time delay of a complete restart
Well when I did the restart last night it didn't resolve it. But I did a restart today and it did. Go figure.
