[Solved] Back button on Roku not working

I have done all the fixes you guys have suggested. It maybe works for 20 seconds then stops again. It has to be a glitch with your last update because I factory reset my tv and back button worked fine until I restalled my profile and did the up date. Then it stopped working again. I did another factory reset and didn't connect to internet or do update and my back button works perfectly fine. It only messes up when I reconnect to the internet and re-download all my apps and the updates. It is a problem with all the apps.
