Make sure auto-play is ON. Follow the steps below:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and Select Settings.
- Select Accessibility.
- Select Auto-play video.
- Choose ON.
Note: If the screen reader is turned on, the auto-play video setting will automatically turn off.

Thanks. Yes, the autoplay feature is on for both the Roku device and Apple TV app. I've also did a system restart on the device and uninstalled/reinstalled the app just in case. Its really weird because it was working just fine until a couple days ago. I even bought the upgraded device (Ultra) just to see if that would fix the problem. But to no avail.

Did this happen after a software update? If so, can you please share the latest software version of the Roku device? (You can find that in Settings > System > About).
