TV shows that I purchased on Apple TV no longer autoplay next episde. Once the episode ends, it just goes back to the main menu. It's kind of a pain. It was working fine up until a couple days ago.
I've toggled every setting within Apple TV and Roku. Restarted the device and app. And uninstalled/reinstalled. Still nothing changes.
When I am on my ipad the autoplay feature still works fine. Which makes me think its something within Roku.
But I'm completely out of guesses. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the reply. I actually did reach out and went through the entire troubleshooting process with them. They believe the issue is with the Roku device because the auotplay feature still works with my apple devices. I'm not sure what else to do.

Thanks for the follow- up, mjg781!
Make sure auto-play is ON. Follow the steps below:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and Select Settings.
- Select Accessibility.
- Select Auto-play video.
- Choose ON.
Note: If the screen reader is turned on, the auto-play video setting will automatically turn off.
Tell us how it works for you.

Thanks. Yes, the autoplay feature is on for both the Roku device and Apple TV app. I've also did a system restart on the device and uninstalled/reinstalled the app just in case. Its really weird because it was working just fine until a couple days ago. I even bought the upgraded device (Ultra) just to see if that would fix the problem. But to no avail.

Thanks for replying, mjg781!
Did this happen after a software update? If so, can you please share the latest software version of the Roku device? (You can find that in Settings > System > About).
Please keep in touch!

RokuJohnB - several of us have reported the issue here and in the corresponding Apple forum. They blame Roku and you all seem to think it's an Apple issue. Can you please escalate to your own engineering team so that someone takes control of the issue and works to get it fixed? We are stuck in the middle; it's not a setting or other issue on our Roku devices or Apple TV apps. Both mine are current, correct, and I have changed nothing. Please help us!! Thank you.
