[Solved] 14.5 Error playing video on FanDuel

We've noticed that some users are encountering the "Error playing video" issue on FanDuel after the latest update.

Status Update 4.2.25: The issue should be resolved.

    i first noticed it Saturday, 3/22, but due to my team having a few days off and then a late West Coast game Thursday, I had not tried to watch a game since Sunday, 3/15.

  • We tried unsubscribing and resubscribing but no luck with that either. Hope you will let us know when this is fixed. Thanks.

      There is a Timberwolves game on tonight. Are we going to be able to watch it??

        Same software version. Same build. Same error. Same as everyone else, paying for an app I can’t watch. Just roll back the version until the bugs are worked out please. 

  • FanDuel quits after 45 seconds on one of our devices - works on the other device.

  • Same problem here. Works on our Roku in the living room, won’t work on our TCL Roku TV in our bedroom. Excellent WiFi signal. Even tried a factory reset on the TV, and it still shows same error.

      Getting same error continuously on TCL Roku TV.  Model 43S451.  Software version 14.5.

       

      Please resolve this so we can access Fanduel broadcasts without interruptions.

      I have the same issues on my TCL with built in Roku interface- my other tvs with Roku boxes work fine. Been that for a few weeeks now.

      Thanks for letting us know about the issue! We're here to help. Can you share what error code is showing up on the TV screen? Also, we’ll need a couple of things from you to investigate the issue:

      • Your Roku device info (DID and OS build) – found in Settings > System > About)
      • Your Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)
