Try unplugging the Roku for 60 seconds. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your router or unplugging it for 60 seconds.

I tried the same thing as above and the app just spins. I also deleted it and reinstalled, same issue, goes to Watch TCM screen and just spins. Is there any help for this,TCM is one of my favorite services

I'm not able to get in, either. Just spins and spins. I removed app, restarted ROKU from the Settings screen, then readded. No change. On the iPhone app it prompts me to signin - but on the ROKU TV app there is no where to 'sign in' and I think that's the problem. Mustve been an update or something, but now can't get in.
It's literally the only reason that I have cable at all - to watch TCM and use this app!
