Hey there!
We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, and we'd like to investigate the problem you had with the back button on your Roku remote.
Can you please provide the following information?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and GC version(Press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs).
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

You do not seem to understand - this is not one Roku or one remote. Right now it is ALL Rokus and Roku TVs and ALL remotes PLUS the Roku APP!

True that! I have Roku Express, Roku/TCL TV and my old faithful Roku 3 and it's the same on all started Wednesday afternoon
