Try doing either a system restart or unplug the power for a minute and see if that helps clear the cache. Also, check your network connection on the TV.

Hey badgerboo,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Here are the troubleshooting steps that JWS9518 provided above.
Restart your Roku TV: Home> Settings> System> Power> System Restart
To power cycle your Roku TV: Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV and the wall outlet for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Check connection: Home> Settings> Network> Check connection
We hope this helps.

I see the problem everywhere. None of the solutions work and they want a screen pic of the error. Roku says they are working on it. I believe Roku has a huge problem they are trying to keep on the down low. I see ONN TV’s with Roku doing this and TCL with Roku built in doing this. Roku apparently cannot and will not solve the issue and hopes it goes away. Now I need to buy a new TV and not with ROKU. As business practice.
