    Location trigger not disabling motion detector or sending notifications

    I'm experiencing issues with location triggers and rules for turning off motion detection and sending notifications not functioning properly. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and made sure that location sharing is always enabled. We have also removed the camera from the app. We contacted customer support, who tried to insist that this wasn't an option, even though it is clearly an option available in the app.

    Cannot set schedule for Roku Smart Bulbs

    I cannot schedule my smart bulbs either, and I have done all of the suggested steps several times, including reinstalling Wi-Fi access, removing and reinstalling the bulbs on the app and physically, removing the rules and starting again, and scheduling only the ON rule for when they turn off (not scheduling the off time). I agree, very frustrating.

    Control color bulbs on multiple devices

    My boyfriend and I have purchased color bulbs, everything works great but we can't seem to connect both of our phones. If he connects I have to do the pairing process all over again. Can this be changed?

    Smart Light Color won’t work with “Wake up” schedules

    About a year ago after having the bulbs for a while, I decided to put them away. Recently i decided to put them back up and tried to set up wake up cycles. For some reason the lights will not turn on during the set time. The app works fine to turn them on and off but neither the wake up nor the bedtime schedules will work. I have tried: reseting the bulbs reinstalling the app changing the schedules but all to no avail. Can anybody help?

    Number of individuals that can access the indoor camera

    I’m just trying to find out if more than one person can connect to the same camera? If so then will you get notified if there’s been another person connected to it? How do you know if someone else is signed into your account on another phone and can watch your cameras?

    Smart light strip randomly turns on when I have them off

    I bought the 32 ft smart light strip +SE a week ago. Hooked it up, plugged it in, connected it to the app on my phone, and all was well. Then suddenly, two days ago, the light strips started just randomly turning on when I have them off, off when I have them on, changing colors, flickering between colors, and generally going nuts. I do not know what is going on with it. I’ve tried resetting the lights, reinstalling them, etc., and they just keep randomly turning on and off for no reason. The instructions say Bluetooth is needed, but I never had a Bluetooth request for the lights, never found them in my Bluetooth, and have no idea why I need Bluetooth for them. Help.

    Wireless Doorbell quit charging

    I have had this wireless doorbell for less than a year and it quit charging. I have tried different USB chargers and left it on the chargers for several days and it has 0% charge. At $100 I expect more, is there an easy fix?

    Outdoor Wireless Camera Error code 90

    I have tried to get help with this issue using all of the articles and calling customer service which was a whole experience where I sat on the phone listening to people talk in the background without ever answering the phone. Then I hung up and they called me and I got put on hold over and over again was lied to and finally the “resolution” was somebody will call you it’s a known software issue. All of my other cameras work. When I asked when to expect the call the response was a non shocking I cannot provide a timeline. So I am currently paying for a service without being able to use it because my outdoor wireless camera will not work and is showing an error 90 offline code. How is this what appears to be very common issue fixed?

    Smart light bulb Sleep Mode not working

    i have continuous issues via connectivity for all my roku devices and it is extremely frustrating. i can’t use the roku app for my tv because it just never stays connected and constantly disconnects from my phone and says it needs to wake up my tv even though i was just using it fine!! i recently purchased some smart roku bulbs and have been trying endlessly to set up the sleep settings. it worked one time and just won’t work again. there no error or connectivity issues it just doesn’t turn my bulbs on and off when i need. i’m going out of town and i need this function to work. i’ve already tried re pairing my bulbs and un screwing them, nothing has worked im getting really frustrated with this company.
