Number of individuals that can access the indoor camera

I’m just trying to find out if more than one person can connect to the same camera? If so then will you get notified if there’s been another person connected to it? How do you know if someone else is signed into your account on another phone and can watch your cameras?

    We noticed in your post that you are having trouble adding a third user to your Roku Smart Home device. We would be more than willing to provide you with further details about this matter.

    Please be informed that there is no limit on Roku Smart Home devices to be accessed by multiple users on their devices as long as they log on to the correct credential that was used to the Roku Account and Roku Smart Home app.
    When logging in to the Roku Smart Home app on other mobile devices, you will simply use the same credentials that were used for the original account because only one account can be connected to the Roku Smart Home devices.

    Thanks for the inquiry!

    You can install the SmartHome app on multiple mobile devices, allowing several users to access the same cameras. Simply sign in to the app using the same Roku account or email address to link all devices, allowing multiple people to view the same camera. Once a specific individual has been signed in to the app, they can then control or view the camera. As of the moment, you're unable to receive notifications once someone is connected to it.

      Ok i see theres no way to get a notification if someone else connects but is there a way to check if someone else is connected?

        I'm more than willing to provide you with more information about the Roku Smart Home app and Roku Smart Camera access.

        As of now, the Roku Smart Home app does not have a built-in feature to allow you to monitor who else has access to the app besides you. However, rest assured that unless you share your Roku account credentials, no unauthorized individuals will be able to access your Roku Smart Home app. In the event that someone attempts to log in to your Roku Smart Home app from a different device, you will promptly receive a unique one-time password (OTP). By keeping the OTP to yourself, you can effectively prevent unauthorized access to both your Roku account and the Roku Smart Home app.

        Rest assured that our team will be aware of this, as your convenience and satisfaction are among our top priorities. In the meantime, your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
