Blank thumbnail photo in multiple content
Hey Roku can you please fix a thumbnail photo issue: at least 3+ shows Emergency, Quantum Leap & Coach are showing a blank white image with the words NBC UNIVERSAL in big letters. This is what we see in cont. watching on Roku channel & under What to watch's Cont. watching for over a week now. Thanks
S3 Great American Baking Show - No Captions
The show description says there should be a variety of captions available. But so far none of the episodes have ANY captions, not in English not in another language.. I’ve been searching for a way to report this, but have t found an official “report a problem with a movie/ show” link where someone can fix it.Adding the last watch channel feature
Add a just watched list. Not like the old one on the main menu or the one in What to watch. But a live list that lets you jump from app to app and directly from previous show to show. Having to go back to main menu and find each app takes way too long. And I know multiple people that won’t cut the cord b/c of how long it takes to go show to show. Make a direct feature, just like cable. If I’m watching two or five football games, I want to have an instant switchback between them.Caption issue with Moscow on the Hudson on the Roku Channel
There is a caption issue with the Robin Williams movie Moscow on the Hudson. When the actors are speaking Russian, there are no subtitles. I've seen this movie many times over the years, and there are supposed to be subtitles that appear. Can Roku fix this issue, please? This morning RetroMovie was working again. Note: I did not have to do any reset or restart steps, no joining other networks and trying again ... it just started launching again WITHOUT the "ERROR! Parsing JSON feed file". None of the recommended steps did ever actually work. RetroMovie this time has (at the very least) a majority of the content in the previous iterations (it is difficult to check all the films, I'm guessing there are in excess of 1000 films available). Note also: There are still no Logins or Registration required or offered, there are still no ads or commercials, there is a working Search, a Continue Watching track (which you can add to and delete from). There is a Watch List on the menu to the left when you press the < arrow in the navigatioin wheel (<, >, up, down, Enter), which does not seem to work (I could not determine how to add anything to the Watch List). There is a Movies selection on that menu, and all that does is close the whole RetroMovie app after thinking it over. There are a great number of classic movies ... I paged thru the Recent category ... 897 of them and I saw many of my favorites. There are also categories like Most Popular, Drama, etc.. There is no App Provider Contact anywhere that I can find. If the App Provider is "pirating" content, it is a complete mystery to me as to why they would be doing so. No fees, no ads, no user data collection of any kind that I can see. Why would they risk Copyright infringement? What would be their motive? Anyway, for those taht are fans of this channel, enjoy the (free) show!
