    Channel Guide Info incorrect

    This started last week with a Insignia 32" and started this week with a Westinghouse 50" example 4.1 shows Kojak but that is not what is showing same info on 4.4 but programing is correct 4.1 is a FOX station 4.4 is GET TV although the guide is incorrect the correct program plays example 8.1 shows Cold Case same info on 8.3 but programing is correct 8.1 is an ABC 8.3 is Crime although the guide is incorrect the correct program plays example 11.1 shows Flipping Boston same info on 11.3 but programming is correct 11.1 is CBS 11.3 is DABL although the guide is incorrect the correct program plays I have 50 channels and these are the only three that shows wrong info but plays correct programming I have done system restart several times, rescanned numerous times, changed zip codes, removed input, reset network connection, unplugged up to 30 minutes, check for software update (version 11 Build 4193) next option is to get a non roku tv and switch to a different streaming option tired of the ROKU issues

    YouTube App Unusable After Update on Roku TV

    After the update on 3/18/23 I haven’t been able to use my YouTube app on my Roku TV at all. I’ve been on support chat multiple times to fix the issue, but I keep getting the “no memory available” message even though the YouTube app has been my only app for about 5 years now - I don’t use the tv for anything else. I was told to factory reset and now I can’t even redownload the app, which for me means my tv is now unusable. Does anyone know if it’s possible to uninstall the update? I’ve tried all the online suggestions and nothing is working.

    One Channel Just Shows Black Screen on Live Antenna TV

    RCA Model RTRU5527-B-US Hardware ID 7815X Serial YN008R992768 Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-AM It's been a few days now that only one channel (44.1) just started displaying a black screen. The channel info says I have full strength and it also displays the current show that is playing and a full description of the show. The channel guide even shows the thumbnail image of the current show running. The other channel 4.1 works fine.

    Click Star to Start From the Beginning, NOT!

    There are often movies shown in the Channel Guide, that say "Click * to start from the beginning", but because many times I want to see it from the spot it's at, (& then decide whether I want it to start from the beginning), I just click on the show. But 9 times out of 10, even when I don't click on the *, it will start from the beginning! I don't want it to, and why does it say that we first need to hit * to do so, yet goes ahead anyway, and starts from the opening credits???? Can't you even get this little feature to work correctly?

    App keyboard no longer works with latest NowTV update

    App keyboard/mic no longer work with latest NowTV update (V 5.9 build 29). Can no longer sign in to NowTV app using Roku Remote Control app’s keyboard or mic. Looks like Roku Remote Control app needs updating.

    Certain apps don't work via phone tether

    I have a Hisense Roku tv and I'm currently tethering it to my phone as I don't have broadband set up yet. The iPlayer and Channel 4 apps do not work, simply saying "this isn't available right now" ITV X, YouTube and others work fine. Why?
