Inappropriate ad shown on Roku
Tonight while viewing a show on the Roku app there was a BET commercial that had the F word in it. This is very inappropriate especially during the early evening (before 8pm) when families are viewing when their children can hear this! Roku please take this ad off your channels! Parents should not have to worry about their children hearing filthy language like that while trying to watch family viewing on your app! I was very disappointed seeing and hearing this tonight. How or where can this be reported if this is not the correct place?
Quality issue on the Roku Channel
The Roku channel and the menu on my Roku televisions have consistently been getting worse. Nothing but rental BS shoved down my throat constantly, so I stopped using the channel. Now when I turn it on, before I can even access my fvkking inputs, I have to bypass the ads for 20 year old ppv movies on the Roku channel. Get this garbage off my menu, or I will never buy another one of your televisions again. It was a bargain purchase. In the future, I'll pay extra to stay away from you and your sickening way of forcing your brand down my throat. I already own your TV and I will NEVER pay you money to stream anything. So just stop making my experience worse, it's only going to make me avoid your brand entirely.
Roku for playing favorite shows in Spanish
this morning i turned on one of my favorite channels (military heroes) to watch "ancient top 10" and i was appalled to hear the program was in spanish, not ENGLISH! i can speak spanish but when i am watching one of my favorite shows i EXPECT it to be in english and not spanish. this is america and we speak english here, not spanish. if i go to germany, i expect their t.v. programs to be in german. if i go to mexico, i expect to watch shows in spanish. in america, i expect my shows to be in english! if i have to continue watching my favorite shows in spanish then i will get rid of my roku t.v., cancel my account and get another television. i am really irritated at roku for doing that. please play your content in english!

Is there a way to block YouTube videos completely? We have already removed the app and all apps that are just curated YouTube videos. We've set the parental controls as much as we can. The videos still show up in searches and on the Roku Channel recommended list constantly. I do not want my kids watching YouTube videos, at all. I don't care what they are rated or whatever, I do not want them to be able to watch anything from YouTube, period. When my kid searches Paw Patrol, he should not be getting videos of people playing with Paw Patrol toys before he gets the show. This is ridiculous. Why can't I remove stuff from the Recommended list? Or remove the Roku channel? This is a serious flaw and we're considering switching to AppleTV because they have better parental controls.
